Each row is matched by
Report Type + Service Type. Leave Service Type
blank to mean "any" — used as a fallback when no exact match exists.

EQUIPMENT & SERIAL ARE ADDED AUTOMATICALLY — you don't need any special syntax.
Just write the verbiage normally. If it starts with
"Performed [something] PM" or
"Performed [something] Inspection", the code will automatically insert
" on {equipment name} (S/N: {serial})" after that opening phrase when the tech fills those fields. Serial is included only if entered; equipment is omitted entirely if not picked.
Example verbiage row: "Performed UPS PM. Checked unit readings..."
→ Tech enters UPS 1 + serial 19-7M86155-02 → "Performed UPS PM on UPS 1 (S/N: 19-7M86155-02). Checked unit readings..."
